Refund policy
We are more than happy to accept unused returns, however, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept used returns, returned items must be sealed and unused as they were received. Please notify us of any returns you would like to make within 14 days, and please ensure you provide your order ID , name and address so we are able to process your return quickly.
If an item arrives damaged, you MUST let us know immediately, and return the item to us, as we are required to provide proof of damage directly to Royal Mail, if all packaging and items are discarded we will be unable to help you.
